About The Position


Autotalks is looking to hire a talented and experienced Office Manager for our fast-growing start-up.

The Office Manager has a plethora of responsibilities including all aspects of administration, travel arrangements , as well as human resources tasks. The Office Manager also plans and organizes welfare projects to create a satisfying and fun employee experience including:  company events, activities and social programs.

The right candidate will be a focal point at Autotalks as he/she comes in constant contact with all the company’s employees.



BA in relevant field

At least 5 years experience as an office manager

At least 2 years experience coordinating travel

Strong organizational skills

Service orientated

Ability to multitask and work under pressure

Excellent written and verbal English and Hebrew communication skills

Detail oriented and eager to learn new skills

Works well independently and in a team environment

Proficient in Microsoft Office and google tools
