How We Collect Information

Autotalks will collect and store information provided by end users through the Site, including as a result of being contacted by an end user for any reason. Autotalks will also automatically collect certain information concerning the device and software of the end user, including details of the specific device, operating system and browser used by the end user. Except as expressly set forth herein, Autotalks does not have access to Personal Information. As used in this privacy policy, “Personal Information” means information that can be directly associated with a specific person or entity such as a name, address, telephone number, or e-mail address. We will fully cooperate with any law enforcement authorities or court order requesting or directing us to disclose the identity or behavior of any user suspected to have engaged in illegal behavior.
