Autotalks quality system was built to leverage its leading V2X technology for top quality products and service.
Autotalks Internal processes adheres to the most high-profile protocols, in order to make sure that products and services fit the highest possible standards. It is our mandate to monitor our processes on an ongoing bases for continuous improvement.
Our quality system which is ISO 9001 certified, is also based on IATF16949 and VDA 6.3 requirements.
All our manufacturing sites are IATF16949 certified.
Our quality system is based on four major pillars:
- Customer Relations: One of the main and vital aspects to customer satisfaction is our close relationships with our customers in order to tailor and match products to applications to ensure correct application conditions. Another important aspect is customer feedback regarding quality levels at the different stages of their production (zero km, assembly lines, field, etc).
- Internal Processes: Our comprehensive internal processes were built in form of procedures and checklists from product definition to end of life and ensures the implementation of APQP process to achieve the desired quality from the first sample delivered.
- Continuous Improvement: Continuous improvements methodologies are used for products and processes to ensure that we will always exceed customer’s expectations. The improvements start by defining KPI’s (Key Parameters Indicators), monitor the performance and look for opportunities for improvement.
- Suppliers Relations: A strong supply chain with manufacturing sites with proven quality record in the automotive market is vital for success. We establish strong relationships with suppliers, that enable us to work in open atmosphere to ensure flawless and on time execution.
Zero defect strategy
We work closely with our manufacturing partners to increase production quality in order to achieve sub ppm level quality.
We apply continuous improvements plans that enables flawless execution.
PPAP/APQP concept is integrated in design and manufacturing processes, to ensure sub ppm quality level at customer manufacturing and field. FMEA and lessons learned are done to improve our processes and prevent issues during design and manufacturing.
Change management is compliant to ZVEI guidelines.
A part of temperature testing, a robust DFT methodology is applied to ensure test coverage above 98%.
In addition, we use statistical analysis in order to detect any drift during production, like PAT, outlier detection, SBL, SYL, etc.
All our products are qualified, according to AEC-Q100 grade 2.
